ForceX Development is a land-to-vertical shop serving Roseville, Granite Bay, Folsom, Rocklin, and the wider Placer foothills. We entitle land, install infrastructure, and deliver custom homes that belong on the site — not dropped onto it.
The first developments are funded and built by the principal, then sold. If you have a parcel or want a home built, we take that work too.
